Ever wondered how to make your own sourdough or soda bread? Come and join our relaxed and friendly atmosphere and find out. Group sizes kept to only 10.
We will create:
Soda Bread with local Eling Tide Mill flour, which you will take home cooked to perfection. You will then make our own sourdough pizza, for lunch, topped with our own secret sauce, and some beautiful cheeses and charcuterie, along with a fresh seasonal salad, followed by a selection of home made afternoon cakes. After this you will create your own family sized sourdough to take home and cook after its overnight prove.
