FERMENTATION CLASS 

9am – 12pm

We are excited to bring you our first fermentation only class with guest chef Amy Levin and Natasha Beatty. Come and find out why fermented foods are so good for you, the positive impact they have on your gut and overall wellbeing and how you can easily (and tastily) incorporate them into your daily diet.

After an amazing Kimbridge brunch we will commence our hands on class, you will create your own 3 ferments and learn all there is to know about fermented foods. You will make under the expert guidance of Amy and Natasha how to make your own Cucumber kimchi, salsa and kraut.

What to Bring:
3 x jars holding 500ml minimum to take home your fermentations.
