Grilled sardines on toast, crispy bacon, olive tapenade, slow roasted tomatoes, pesto

MAINS

Loch Duart Salmon, leek fondue, confit potatoes, smoked bacon velouté

Gilt Head Bream, sweet and sour fennel, shellfish linguine, shellfish bisque

Whole roasted Plaice served on the bone, caper and lemon butter sauce, roasted new potatoes 

DESSERTS

Vanilla panna cotta, honey roasted figs, blackberry and port-wine coulis

Cappuccino crème brulee, amaretto sabayon

Warm treacle tart, bitter orange purée and vanilla ice-cream
