MOTHER’S DAY CHOCOLATE CARAMEL WORKSHOP
7-8.30PM
Join renowned Chocolatier Kerry Witt for an evening of caramel temptation in our Barn where under Kerry’s expert tuition, you will make delicious fresh cream caramel truffles and also caramel mendiants. There will be chocolate to taste throughout the evening and afterwards you can settle down to enjoy a well earned glass of wine and some wonderful charcuterie and nibbles.
All equipment and aprons are provided and you will leave with approx 10 caramel truffles and 6 mendiants, beautifully packaged to give to Mum on Mothers Day.
