Spring Equinox Day Retreat
The Spring Equinox Rebirth Retreat provides you an opportunity to begin this new cycle by stepping into your wild edges, leaving behind old ways of thinking and looking at everything you do, say and feel with a fresh perspective.
The day will include; heartwork, nervous system connection, somatic movement, conscious connected breathwork, herbal folklore wild walk, guided conscious dance, nutritious lunch and soothing sound healing.
There will be an opportunity to go deep or just dip your toe in the experiences – everyone’s journey is unique and you are ALL welcome.
