Come along and try one of our fun, friendly, judgement free classes and see how yoga and pilates can help transform your body and mind. Classes are suitable for beginners and can be adapted to suit those with injuries. both men and women are welcome and you are encouraged to work at your own pace.

You’ll find Suzie most days teaching classes, so naturally yoga and pilates are a huge part of her life. The physical and mental benefits of a regular yoga and Pilates practice are enormous and have had such a positive impact on her life. Yoga and Pilates have helped her through pregnancy, a stressful architectural career, back pain, a divorce and life as a single Mum!
