We are super proud of Ben Newcombe; our Head Chef at The Boat House Cafe in Swanwick who opened up to BBC South Today about how he had to take time out of the job he loved last year after his mental health declined.
It has been a really tough few years for hospitality and he is a real success story, not just for us at Ideal Collection, but the whole sector, as he is still working in it today.
Things are changing in hospitality with organisations like the Burnt House Project providing support and we like to think we are leading the way with some of our initiatives.
