We’re Back Open!
Exciting changes have been underway at Boathouse with our Summer re-development. Come and see our stunning new space with relaxed dining, lobster hatch, coffee shop and outdoor terrace.
Perched on the waterfront, Boathouse has panoramic scenic views of the harbour, where you can sit back and watch the gentle sway of the water and feel the refreshing sea breeze. The perfect waterfront setting for basking in the sun on lazy summer days through to sundown.

We are open every day serving a tempting menu of delicious hot & cold breakfast and brunch dishes, snacks and light bites such as ciabattas or pizza, mains of mouth watering fresh market fish as well as steak cooked over coals.
Feel free to book a table in advance however please note we have ample space to join us at your leisure, whether you’re looking for a delicious coffee or a relaxed dining experience.

What’s more, our terrace is ideal for chilling out the sunshine.

Parking controls
A RingGo parking system is enforced in Swanwick Marina. Our customers at the Boathouse will be entitled to 2 hours FREE parking between the hours of 06:00 – 18:00 and 4 hours free parking between 18:00 – 23:59.
Just enter your car registration number on to our iPad when you arrive. If you wish to stay longer than 2 hours you’ll need to pay a small charge via the RingGo app.
